Chapter 8: 'Ghosts in the Egyptian ruins'

Yuuto, Wanda and their friends have arrived at Egypt. They saw the Pyramids and the Egyptian ruins. Then, Diego and his parrot-like teammate Squark arrived. “Hi Yuuto” said Diego “Welcome to Egypt.” “Nice to meet you Diego” replied Yuuto.

“Can you help me investigate the Egyptian ruins?” Diego then asked “Some scary ghosts are inside there.” “OK” Yuuto replied back. When night fell, Diego and his teammate Squark followed Yuuto, Wanda and their friends into the dark Egyptian ruins. “These Egyptian ruins used to be a castle in the ancient Egyptian history many years ago” explained Squark as he gave Diego, Yuuto and their friends a torch-helmet each “Many pharaohs and queens in Egypt used to live there like Ramses and Cleopatra.” Suddenly, ghosts began to appear out of nowhere. Wanda sniffed out what was making the ghosts appear in the ruins and the alarm light at the tip-end of his tail went off. He then activated his Kamiwaza Searcher.

“Kamiwaza Search”

“Search” said Wanda as he pointed it at the ruin walls. Bug-Anubimin was revealed. “That is Anubimin. A Promin based on the Egyptian god Anubis” said Wanda “He has been bugged.” “I know how to deal with these ghosts and Bug-Anubimin now” said Diego as he activated his Kamiwaza Power-Shot.

“Kamiwaza Touch”

“Kamiwaza Touch” said Diego. Chariomin, a chariot-based Promin, wheeled into action as he was summoned.

“Chariomin”

Yuuto got Turbomin out of the cage again. “Chariomin” Diego said to his Promin buddy “Try and chase down Bug-Anubimin with Turbomin’s help.” “Charee~” Chariomin replied. “Gya~Gya~n” said Turbomin as he did a salute.

Chariomin and Turbomin began chasing Bug-Anubimin down through the dark hallways of the Egyptian ruins, avoiding the ghosts in the process. Yuuto and Diego followed them. They chased Bug-Anubimin into a lit-up room where they got him cornered. Chariomin was there but Turbomin was missing. They heard some Bugmin noises from the hallway.

Suddenly, an empty chariot came into the lit-up room. It went straight into Chariomin, knocking him out. Diego and Yuuto found out that Turbomin, who has turned into a Bugmin again, was the culprit. “Turbomin became Bug-Turbomin again” said Yuuto “He’s still cursed.”

Then, Masato, Hinata and their teammates came. They saw what was going on in the lit-up room. Hinata activated her Kamiwaza Power-Shot.

“Kamiwaza Touch”

“Kamiwaza Touch” said Hinata. Her Promin buddy Soulmin flew into action as she was summoned.

“Soulmin”

“Soulmin” Hinata said to her Promin buddy “Can you imagine up a spider-web for us to trap Bug-Anubimin?” Soulmin agreed and imagined up a spider-web. Bug-Anubimin was stuck to it. Diego set his Kamiwaza Power-Shot to capture mode.

“Kamiwaza Catch”

Diego placed an empty Promin card into his Kamiwaza Power-Shot. He aimed it at Bug-Anubimin and a green light came out from the lens and dragged Bug-Anubimin when Diego pressed the button. Bug-Anubimin got sucked into Diego’s Kamiwaza Power-Shot and Diego then closed it, setting it into de-bug mode.

“Kamiwaza De-Bug”

Diego held onto his Kamiwaza Power-Shot until the 6 lights on the back of it all lit up. Anubimin was de-bugged.

“De-Bug Complete! Anubimin”

Diego took out Anubimin’s Promin card. “Anubimin, Charge!” he said. “You did it Diego” smiled Yuuto. “Congratulations” said Hinata. “Well done Diego” said Masato. Wanda, Perfect, Mighty and Squark were all happy that Diego captured and de-bugged Anubimin.

All the ghosts in the Egyptian ruins were gone. Yuuto placed Bug-Turbomin back in the cage.

“Now that we’ve gathered up all the Kamiwaza Power-Shooters from all 5 countries...” said Wanda “We can now go back to Yokohama so we can free Turbomin from the curse.” Everyone was delighted.

Turbomin then became his Promin-self once again.

Yuuto, Wanda, Hinata and their friends all went back to Yokohama in Japan, taking Hannah, Maxwell, Ming-Ming, Jin-Yang, Fiona, Diego and their teammates with them.
